During the art fair Art Amsterdam a group of Amsterdam based cultural institutes bind forces to organize an evening with an unique mixture of ‘live art’. The Thursday is focused on media and sound art with various performances, exhibitions and presentations.

To give just two examples of performances which will take place within this eclectic evening situated in the beautiful old Trouw building;
Distant Drummers will perform their “Contemporary Dialogue”, which they performed earlier this year at the Stedelijk Museum. Combining acoustic, analog and digital instruments into beautiful and powerful soundscapes.

Dewi de Vree & Jeroen Uyttendaele will do a sound performance on their spatial and open synthesizer, creadted out of graphite lines, drawn by hand!
